Shipping and Returns Policy

Ayre Technologies LLC (“Ayre Tech”) is pleased to do business with you. This Policy governs Your use of Our Services. By engaging with Ayre Tech, You agree to comply with the following terms.

 

Definitions  The following Terms and Conditions use these definitions.  a)  “We” (and related pronouns) and “Ayre Tech” mean Ayre Technologies LLC and its employees, agents, and representatives.  b)  “You” (and related pronouns) and “Client” mean the client engaging Ayre Tech Services.  c)  “Device(s)” means any digital technology instrument in Your possession which is made available to Us as the object of or for provision of the Services.  d)  “Services” means any action performed by Us at Your request or in the course of such actions, including data security; electronics recycling; data destruction; device repair; data backup, recovery, and transfer; and general IT services as referenced below.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Ayre Tech purchases devices, equipment, and products on behalf of the client. Processing times and order fulfillment are subject to the vendors and businesses providing the product. Timelines may vary depending on the vendor’s policies.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: 

​

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are determined by the vendor supplying the product. Ayre Tech will provide available shipping details to the client upon order placement.

Shipping Fees: 

​

Shipping fees are determined by the vendor and are the responsibility of the client. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees must be covered by the client.

​

Order Tracking: 

​

Order tracking details will be provided by the vendor when available. Ayre Tech will forward relevant tracking information to the client.

​

Damaged or Lost Shipments: 

​

Any claims regarding damaged or lost shipments must be addressed directly with the vendor. Ayre Tech will assist in facilitating communication between the client and the vendor but is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns: 

​

Return eligibility is subject to the return policies of the vendor providing the product. Clients must review the vendor’s return policy before purchase.

Return Process: 

​

Clients must initiate returns directly with the vendor. Ayre Tech can assist in facilitating communication but does not manage returns or refunds directly.

​

Return Shipping Costs: 

​

Return shipping costs and any associated fees are determined by the vendor’s policies and are the responsibility of the client.

​

Inspection & Refunds: 

​

Refunds are processed according to the vendor’s return policy. Ayre Tech does not issue refunds for products purchased on behalf of the client.

Exchanges: 

​

Exchanges, if applicable, are subject to the vendor’s policies. Clients should contact the vendor for exchange eligibility and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items: 

​

Some items may not be eligible for returns as per the vendor’s terms. Clients should confirm return eligibility before purchase.

 

Precedence of Agreements

​

In the event of any conflict between this agreement and any other written agreement between the parties that is more specific to a particular service, project, or transaction, the more specific agreement shall take precedence to the extent of the conflict. All remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Amendments We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Continued use of Our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
